Playtech acquires the casino system group Intelligent Gaming Solutions

The provider and developer of online, mobile and land-based casino and gaming software Playtech has acquired the majority of shares in of Intelligent Gaming Solutions IGS, a fast-growing provider of software-based casino management systems.
